Rapid Rapidmix 600C

The Rapidmix 600C Volumetric Mobile Pugmill Plant is a fully self-contained mobile continuous mixing plant equipped with onboard generator power for flexible and efficient on-site operation.

Designed for rapid mobilisation, the Rapidmix 600C can move from transport mode to full production within just a few hours, helping contractors reduce downtime and maximise productivity on large-scale projects.

Ideal for applications where binders must be accurately blended into base materials, the Rapidmix 600C is widely used in soil stabilisation, soil cement, roller compacted concrete, road construction, and major infrastructure projects. Its advanced continuous mixing technology ensures reliable, high-capacity material production in demanding environments.

The plant features innovative volumetric measurement mixing technology, allowing materials to flow continuously while being accurately measured by volume through calibrated rotary valves, fixed gate openings, or a combination of both systems. This process ensures precise ingredient ratios are maintained through calibrated speed and volume control, delivering a smooth and consistent material flow.
