Designed to maximise moisture reduction and improve material handling efficiency, the UltraDRY helps operators achieve significantly drier product material – with moisture contents as low as 7% when installed after a screw washer. The resulting material is easier to convey, forms steeper stockpile angles, and can often be sold the following day.
Delivering some of the highest G-force performance available on the market, the UltraDRY Dewatering Screen is engineered to handle high-capacity loads while processing greater volumes of material efficiently.
The high G-forces allow for the formation of a deeper material bed, improving the retention of fine particles much smaller than the screen media openings. Heavy-duty urethane screen media is specifically designed to withstand these deeper bed depths and increased vibration forces for long-lasting durability and performance.
The innovative drive motor orientation eliminates the need for a variable frequency drive or braking system to control screen side motion, simplifying operation and reducing maintenance requirements. Its low-profile design allows the UltraDRY to be positioned closer to the screw washer while also providing space for a stacking conveyor to be installed directly beneath the discharge end for improved material handling efficiency.
A divided deck configuration also enables the production of two separate products from a single screening unit, increasing operational flexibility and productivity.
