Our 2023 End-of-Year party marked the inauguration of the Lincom Group annual awards, an initiative that is set to become an integral part of our culture.
The awards highlighted exceptional employees who has shown unwavering commitment, talent, and dedication in their contributions throughout the year.
Here are the winners:
Gavin Stroemer, Parts Interpreter from NSW, received the Team Player award. Gavin’s aptitude for fostering collaboration and his unwavering respect for his colleagues set a precedent for teamwork.
Renata Hjelmstrom, Group Marketing Manager from QLD, was rightfully given the Superstar award. Renata’s consistent dedication and willingness to go above and beyond her role represents the excellence that we aim to achieve in all we do.
Kirsty Downie, Storeperson from WA, earned the Safety Star award. Kirsty’s unwavering commitment to ensuring a safe work environment for us all, reflects on our commitment to the wellbeing of our employees.
Andrew Lynch, Branch Manager from NSW, received the Toolbox award. Andrew’s exceptional problem-solving abilities and his innovative approach to overcoming challenges inspire and set new benchmarks for all of us.
In a more light-hearted recognition, the Silly Goose award found its home with Rob Dickson, Field Service Engineer from WA. On his first week, he managed to forget the correct source of fuel in his car and caused some chaos that that got everyone on the team excited to see what antics come next.
Finally, the prestigious Roy Watterson award was presented to Alex Flanagan, Account Sales Manager from QLD. This award recognised Alex’s exceptional character, professionalism, and embodiment of the core values upheld by Roy – loyalty, honesty, accountability, and collaboration.
