We are excited to announce that we will be opening a new warehouse and service branch in Townsville. The addition of this facility will allow us to be closer to our customers and improve our ability to support them and their business moving forward.
The new facility, strategically located in the industrial precinct of Garbutt and only 10 minutes to the airport, allows quick access to the highway, enabling us to provide fast, reliable, and regular after-sales support to the North Queensland region.
The warehouse will be stocked with original OEM and locally sourced spare parts. Our effective inventory management paired with a superior order system allows us to be much more proactive and responsive to the regional operational demands.

Our Field Service Engineer Bryce Macallister, who brings over 10 years of skilled trades experience to the job and has been living in Townsville for the past 6 months, will continue to provide superior service and technical assistance. In addition, the support team will be built up with locals to ensure we have the right people on the ground.
