The Powerscreen Chieftain 2100X is a high-capacity mobile screening plant engineered for medium to large-scale operations requiring large volumes of high-specification material.

Designed for maximum productivity, the machine features an adjustable screenbox stroke, angle, and speed, allowing operators to fine-tune performance to suit a wide range of screening applications.

Built for efficiency and mobility, the Chieftain 2100X offers rapid set-up times, low ground pressure tracks, and easy transportability, enabling operators to have the unit running within minutes. Maintenance and serviceability are also prioritised through the innovative transverse power unit arrangement and convenient drop-down fines conveyor, simplifying bottom deck mesh changes and reducing downtime.

The versatile 3 deck configuration allows operators to produce a fourth saleable product, increasing operational flexibility and profitability. Additionally, the hydraulic auxiliary conveyor can recirculate oversize material directly into another screening or crushing plant for further processing.

For demanding applications involving difficult or sticky materials, the Powerscreen Chieftain 2100X BIVITEC option is available with a specialised 2 deck Bivitec screen system. Featuring three independent screening movements, the machine delivers powerful and efficient screening action for materials that would typically clog conventional screens. The flexible polyurethane screen mats continuously tension and relax during operation, effectively preventing material binding while maintaining exceptional screening performance.
