International Women’s Day gives us a moment to pause and recognise that contribution.
This year’s theme “Give To Gain” is a reminder that progress is not a solo effort. It grows when we choose to give: our support, our time, our knowledge, our encouragement, and our influence. When women are backed with real opportunities and meaningful support, everyone benefits.
In industries like mining, construction and recycling – traditionally seen as male-dominated – that mindset matters even more. It shows up in everyday moments: making space for different voices, sharing credit, backing capability, and helping each other build confidence.
