Kiverco has introduced its new generation of all-electric mobile recycling equipment, combining the processing performance of its static plants with the flexibility of mobile machinery. Backed by Lincom Group, the new range gives recycling operators more options to recover valuable materials and adapt their operations as their businesses grow.
More flexibility, less complexity
Recycling operations are constantly evolving. Materials change, recovery requirements increase and processing equipment needs to keep up. For operators, having machinery that can adapt to these changes without adding unnecessary complexity is becoming increasingly important.
With this in mind, Kiverco has developed a new generation of all-electric mobile recycling equipment, drawing on more than 30 years of experience designing and manufacturing recycling plants.
The new range brings together the durability and processing capabilities Kiverco is known for in its static plants with the flexibility of mobile equipment. Developed in response to customer feedback and changing site requirements, it is designed to improve material recovery, reduce maintenance requirements and give operators greater control over how they process waste.
One of the biggest changes is the move away from hydraulic processing systems to an electric platform. This means cleaner, quieter operation and simpler maintenance, particularly in demanding recycling environments where equipment reliability is essential.
Power flexibility has also been considered. Machines can operate using mains electricity where available, while independent generator power provides an alternative for sites with limited or no access to an electrical connection.
For operators working across different locations, this provides greater freedom when planning and configuring their recycling operations.
Recovering more from every waste stream
An important addition to the new range is the Kiverco Mobile Eddy Current Separator, unveiled at IFAT Munich 2026.
Designed to recover valuable non-ferrous metals, including aluminium, the machine introduces another stage of material separation, helping operators recover materials that might otherwise remain in the waste stream.
The separator features a high-speed rare-earth rotor, with adjustable rotor and belt speeds that allow operators to fine-tune separation according to the materials being processed and their recovery requirements.
Like the rest of the new generation range, the Mobile Eddy Current Separator has been developed around an electric-first design, with optional independent power for greater operating flexibility.
It can be used as a standalone machine or integrated with other Kiverco mobile equipment, making it suitable for operators looking to introduce an additional recovery stage without necessarily changing their entire processing setup.
A system that grows with your business
Another key feature of the new Kiverco range is its modular approach to mobile recycling.
Rather than committing to a complete processing system from the outset, operators can begin with individual machines and introduce additional processing stages as their requirements develop.
Each machine can operate independently or be combined with other equipment to create an integrated recycling solution.
This allows operators to reconfigure their setup to accommodate different materials, site conditions and recovery objectives, while making it easier to expand their processing capabilities over time.
The launch is also part of Kiverco’s ongoing product development program, with another addition to the mobile range expected to be announced soon.
By bringing its experience in static recycling plant design into a mobile platform, Kiverco is giving customers more choice in how they develop their recycling operations, whether they are investing in their first machine or expanding an existing system.
Backed by Lincom Group
While investing in the right equipment is important, having the right support behind it is just as critical.
Our team works with operators to understand their processing requirements and help them identify equipment suited to their applications. That support continues well beyond the initial purchase. Through our spare parts, servicing and technical support capabilities, we help customers maintain their equipment, minimise downtime and keep their operations running efficiently.
We also provide operator and technical training, helping customers develop the knowledge and confidence to operate and maintain their machines effectively.
With Kiverco continuing to expand its mobile recycling offering, our focus remains on helping Australian operators make the most of their equipment, whether they are establishing a new recycling operation, improving material recovery or expanding their existing processing capabilities.
