Standard: hydraulic folding hopper, dirt conveyor, dust suppression sprays in three locations, remote control receiver and over band magnet.
The 1100 X 650 HA Premiertrak is fitted with the well-proven Pegson "M" series 1100 X 650 jaw crusher. It has a minimum closed setting of 50mm on recycling applications and 75mm CSS on Quarry applications. The crusher is hydraulically adjusted to set the SCC by placing small shims into each side of the crusher taking approximately two minutes to do. The Premiertrak has a 4.5 cubic metre hopper, 1.6m long stepped cartridge type grizzly with nominal 60mm aperture tapered from front to back. It is powered by a CAT C9 producing 230@ 1600rpm.
