Fitted with a Pegson M series single toggle 32" X 44" jaw crusher the machine produces on average at a rate of 400 to 500tph of material down to 60mm. The 1100 X 800 Premiertrak can be set up and operating within 45 mins. It is all hydraulically operated and does not require cranes or extra plant to set it up. Fully remote controlled, the machine can also be started and shut down from a distance of 100 metres. The machine is powered by a 275kW Caterpillar industrial engine.
