About Us

WHO WE ARE

We’ve built our business on a foundation of family values.

Established in 1995, today Lincom Group is the parent company for a specialised range of businesses, supplying quarry, mining, recycling and forestry industries with the sales, service and hire of screening, crushing, bulk handling, shredding, grinding and water treatment equipment.

We have operations throughout Australia, Papua New Guinea and the Pacific Islands. Our service hubs, warehouses and offices are located in New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia and Queensland.

Our head office is based in Southern Queensland, where is available a fully equipped manufacturing facility for custom fit outs, safety guards, machine rebuilds and repairs. The National Spare Parts distribution centre and the operational field service fleet for after sales support are also based on the same site.

Our significant equipment commissions up-to-date speaks volumes about our capabilities, and the strong relationships we’ve developed speak even louder about our values. Our completely open and collaborative processes have helped us earn the trust of customers across Australia, Papua Guinea and the Pacific Islands.

We remain a wholly Australian owned and operated family business, backed by a team of dedicated industry professionals. The business is currently being managed in the second generation by Stephen Watterson which has been vigorously involved in the organization since 1998.
